A large GP Practice in North London is seeking a Practice Nurse to join their rapidly growing surgery.

Based in a fantastic location in North London that covers a large practice area and has a patient list in the region of 6,500.

The Practice is a member of Central London Healthcare - a cluster of over 20 local NHS Practices collaborating to deliver high quality, cost efficiency primary care within practice based commissioning network.

The ideal candidate will be looking for full time position but the practice is flexible on working hours and willing to accept applications from part time candidates also.

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have the following:-

* Registered Nurse in the UK

* Full Member of the Nursing & Midwifery Council

* Cervical Cytology skills

* Phlebotomy skills

* Travel Advice and Vaccinations

* Child Immunisations

Whilst the above are essential requirements for the role, the following skills would be highly desirable

* Evidence of Post Registration Practice Nurse experience

* Knowledge of chronic disease management and family planning

* Experience of assisting with minor surgical procedures and IUCD fittings

* Knowledge of VISION systems

The Practice Nurse will be interested in promoting and developing quality service to patients in line with the Practices very high standards. The practice offers further training and opportunities and actively encourages self development.
