We are interested in people who share our values and passion for enabling greater opportunities for people with learning disabilities and their families throughout their lives.

We are looking for experienced workers to join our sessional team. Applicants must have experience in working with adults with learning disabilities, ideally in a care or outreach setting.

Sessional work is for those people who want to work more flexibly, are able to adapt and use their initiative and put their experience to good use providing planned and short notice cover in our teams. Work is available for early, day and late shifts, sleep-ins and waking nights across the following services;

• Leisure and community activities as part of our LDN Living© programme
• Housing services in our care homes and in outreach supported living
• Domiciliary Care service

Your role will be to support people to have happy and healthy lives delivering real outcomes with individuals in their own home and the community. You need to be prepared to offer support with daily living skills such as personal care, cooking and cleaning, attending appointments, college and work, as well as supporting people to achieve ambitions, go out and have a good time and maintain friendships and relationships.

All successful candidates will be required to undertake rigorous employment checks including a CRB disclosure before starting work.
