You will:
- assist in the day-to-day running of the service, deputising in the absence of the manager
- build supportive relationships with service users, ensuring their individual needs are recognised and met
- participate in the recruitment, selection and training of new staff
- supervise and encourage staff’s professional and personal development
- take responsibility for the financial and administrative management of the service
- maintain good working relationship with local agencies and funding bodies, promoting the service and organisation

About You:
- experience in Mental Health
- excellent team management/supervisory and budget management skills
- a confident communicator with experience of keyworking, support planning and rehabilitation
- consultative management style and ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload will be complemented by knowledge of relevant legislation and a total commitment to self-development and the development of others
- you must be willing to work a varied shift pattern.
