The National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) is the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people.

Over the past decade NDCS has grown into a significant fundraising charity. Considerable fundraising investment has seen our base of regular supporters increase to over 100,000. These supporters, along with our cash donors, now provide over 80% of NDCS’s income.

This position is an opportunity to become a key member of the Direct Marketing team of seven staff, developing and improving the supporter retention programme for both NDCS and Deaf Child Worldwide (the international arm of NDCS) and current recruitment campaigns.

The Senior Direct Marketing Executive (Retention) will play an important role within a team responsible for delivering our ambitious marketing programme. This will include planning and management of face-to-face fundraising campaigns, direct mail appeals and online and telephone marketing activity.

You will already have experience of working within a direct marketing environment, dealing with external agencies and be looking to develop your skills in this varied role. With a creative approach and good analytical skills you will be a confident communicator with the enthusiasm and drive to make things happen.
