If you’re an experienced administrator who’d like to use your administrative skills to help make a difference to people’s lives, there’s no more rewarding place to work than Richmond Fellowship.

As specialist providers of mental health services, we encourage and support people at every stage of their recovery journey. You’ll help to keep us running smoothly, as you provide our training and development function with expert administrative support.

Your role will involve:
•Overseeing the administration of our internal training programme and NVQ provision, including our NVQ assessment centre
•Dealing with enquiries
•Handling applications
•Co-ordinating courses – this will mean booking venues, external trainers, caterers and technical requirements
•Maintaining up-to-date records of courses, candidates and departmental resources
•Setting up the necessary meetings and taking minutes during these
•Providing regular management information reports: including key performance statistics; cost analysis; billing information and expense reports
•Management of Training & Development Admin Assistant

You must have:
•Experience in an admin role – ideally gained in a training or educational setting
•Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
•Friendly, professional phone manner
•Ability to communicate effectively in writing
•Quick accurate typing skills
•IT literacy, with experience of maintaining and managing databases (including reports)
•Ability to supervise staff
•Commitment to teamworking
•Personal initiative
•Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
•Strong negotiation skills
