Registered Care Manager
Are you looking for an opportunity to work as a Residential Care Home Manager, managing a home supporting clients with enduring mental health issues? Our client, based in South West London, is looking for a hardworking and experienced candidate who is striving to advance their career and make a real difference to the organisation.

Responsibly will include
- Managing and coordinating care staff
- To train and supervise staff to meet the Services objectives.
- Providing around the clock support to residents and ensuring service delivery to all service users is delivered to the highest standards.

Candidates for this post will need;
- A proven track record managing registered residential care homes for clients with mental health, learning disabilities and dementia.
- Experience of managing and supervising a staff team.
- Experience of Managing CQC funded services
- A Registered Managers Award qualification or NVQ level 4 in health and social care.
