To act as a Befriender to young people between the ages of 0-19 with a variety of disabilities in the tower hamlets area.

To provide advice, support and services to children, young people and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the befriending service.

To support young people in identifying and accessing relevant activities and leisure services.

Salary: £8.91 - £11.54 per hour + £1.71 per hour (Inner London Weighting)
