The post will be flexible hours but will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and school holidays.

By building up a special relationship with individual children, you will take them out to use community leisure facilities, looking after them in their own home and assisting with personal care, offering them the chance to experience a full life and fulfil their potential, as well as giving parents the opportunity to have short breaks.
With experience of working with children, you will need to be able to work on your own and the ability to meet the needs of children with Autism and challenging behaviour.
In return you will be offered annual leave, a permanent contract, entry to a pension scheme, on-to-one supervision, plus a range of training and support groups.
The Project offers a 24 hours on-call service to support workers carers and families.
