About the role
Here at the National Trust, we do retail differently. Every penny of profit we make is reinvested in special places like Hidcote Manor Garden. And we’re more than tea towels and mugs you know. You’ll have the drive and personality to turn your brilliant retail ideas into impressive financial results. Heading up a strong team of 12 staff, your creative thinking will see you develop our entire retail offering, working in partnership with the Visitor Experience and Enterprise Manager. From the products to their presentation, to the way the team promotes and sells them. And by focusing on the big commercial picture, by taking retail to a whole new level, you’ll help us to achieve our bold ambitions. You’ll be required to act as Duty Manager on some occasions.
About you
