The proposition:
This is an ideal role for an experienced administrator to review and implement systems, get involved in data collation and generally provide outstanding support to the Performance & Quality team.

The role:

· Providing comprehensive, first-rate admin support to our managers
· Reviewing all our systems and procedures, making sure we’re underpinned by a robust administrative framework
· Arranging a high volume of annual service reviews, including timetables, travel and accommodation.
· Collating diverse data from across our organisation
· Organising meetings and events, booking venues, accommodation and travel
· Taking minutes as necessary
· Monitoring and reviewing our team’s budget and financial procedures

About you:

· Considerable admin experience
· A track record of setting up, reviewing and maintaining efficient office systems
· A keen eye for detail and accuracy
· Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Access
· Excellent communication skills in person and in writing
· The initiative to organise your own work and meet deadlines
· The ability to work well as part of a team
· Willingness to travel in the UK from time to time
