Our client, a provider of Young Peoples homelessness services, is looking to recruit a support & development worker to carry a caseload in a supported housing setting. This role is a temporary assignment for 1- 3 months.

You will be required to:

• Carry out regular support plan reviews and create individual, outcome focussed support plans and assist client to achieve them.

• Ensure all clients are aware of resettlement options

• Ensure voids are kept to a minimum

• To work within all safeguarding and adult protection procedures

In order to be successful you will need:-

• Substantial experience of working with young people in a supported housing setting

• A good understanding of housing law, health & safety and risk assessment

• Experience of lone working

Shift patterns are between 9:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Sunday

You must hold a recent CRB and be willing to undertake a new check. And provide three years of reference checkable history
