We are looking for a housing support worker to join one of the most established teams based in London. The team supports ex offenders and they need someone with an outstanding knowledge in this area. If you are a person who loves to help people and are passionate about supporting others then this is the opportunity for you. The client aims to promote a participative relationship enabling the clients to gain increasing independence and to develop their full potential.

Responsibilities will include:
Working with ex offenders
Creating and implementation support plans
Carrying out risk and need assessments.
Liaising with external agencies and building relationships with service providers in the area
Ensuring that policies and procedures are fully complied with
Housing management

Candidates for the post will need:
Good experience of working with ex offenders
Passion towards helping vulnerable people within our society
Good experience of liaising with external agencies
Good knowledge of supporting people funding and budget
An enhanced CRB disclosure issued within the last 12
