You’ll provide emotional and practical support to our service users, enabling them to live independently in the community. This will include:

· Developing personal support plans with service users, taking into account their full range of needs
· Supporting service users in the development of personal and life skills
· Assisting individuals to acquire and maintain tenancies, advising on tenancy issues, welfare benefits, financial and budgeting matters
· Assisting in the recruitment and induction of new stuff and volunteers
· Providing administrative and tenancy support as required

About you:
· NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain qualification
· Experience of working in a related setting
· Ability to maintain up-to-date records/admin systems
· A flexible, positive approach and excellent communication skills
· Strong motivational, negotiation and interpersonal skills
