You’ll provide emotional and practical support to our service users, enabling them to live independently in the community. This will include:

• Advising on tenancy issues, welfare benefits, financial and budgeting matters
• Providing practical advice and assistance in regaining and re-learning daily living skills
• Making sure clients are referred to appropriate agencies for advice and counselling.

About you:
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain qualification
• Experience of working in a related setting
• A flexible, positive approach and excellent communication skills
• Strong motivational, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to work flexible hours
